The legal basis for processing your personal data in this case is our legitimate interest.

If you are already our client, we process your personal data for the purpose of managing the contractual relationship we have or have had with you. In both cases, we may also use your personal data for marketing and commercial purposes (sending commercial communications, overview of your use of our services, etc.). These purposes and the rules we apply to them are described in detail below.
We process your data both manually and automatically, primarily in contract records and server logs.
We may share your data with processors who provide us with IT, marketing, and other support services. Your data will only be processed within the EU, where its protection is ensured.
