Housing Financing

We have designed the financing for your new home to be as simple as possible and to best suit your needs. When you sign the reservation agreement, you will pay a portion of the purchase price, thereby ensuring that the selected unit is reserved exclusively for you.

A reservation fee of 5% of the purchase price is payable upon reserving the selected home. This reserves the property and initiates the process of preparing the contract documents.

After signing the preliminary purchase agreement, a down payment of 15% of the purchase price is due. If financing is provided through a mortgage loan, the repayment schedule can be customized to suit your specific situation and the bank’s terms and conditions.

Once construction is complete and the occupancy permit has been issued, the next steps leading to the transfer of ownership will follow. Clients are kept informed throughout the process.

Once all conditions have been met, the final purchase agreement is signed and the remaining portion of the purchase price is paid. Subsequently, ownership is transferred and the property is handed over to the new owner.
